Help with JVC Cd Player
ok i got this jvc cd player its a KD-S680 and i cant figure out whats wrong with it. When i hook it up the only operations it will perform is dispalying the time only when i hit the display button, and ejecting and taking in cds. other then this the deck is blank and nothing plays. ive checked all the wiring and its all correct, no shorts or anything. when i called the customer support the told me "I think your Cd Player has a problem"

It sounds to me like you don't have acc. power, as some HU you can get the clock to come up and load and eject the disk without acc., do you have 12v on the red acc. wire into the HU when you turn on the ign.?
