CD Player is acting funny..>HELP!
Well I'm not sure if its my burner on my computer or my cd player in my car but basically what's goin on is when i stick a cd in my cd player in my car (its an Alpine CDA 9811) after I get passed song 10 or 11 it gets really fuzzy and kind of distorted (like an old record player or something but 10X's worse) and the volume isnt loud at all. The reason I'm rulling out my CD burner is it plays fine in my CD player in my room. Any ideas of what's goin on, could there just be a dirty piece or something on the cd sensor maybe...I have no idea. Please HELP!

do the cleaning, and also try burning an audio CD at a slower speed. Sometimes cheaper media will do this when burned at higher speeds. A slower speed allows for a better burn

What he said.
First you want to find out whether it's the discs or the deck. Try a few different "real" cds (those are getting pretty rare these days
) and see what happens.
If the problem persists, then more than likely it's your receiver. If it's still under warranty...go that route obviously. If not, try cleaning and maybe air-dusting... Otherwise, it sounds like the laser is fuX0rd and that's beyond my capabilities. Sorry, mang.
