Turbo B16B (ek9)
Hi there first post
Almost every1 in the Uk isn't keen on making honda's turbos!!
So lookin for sum help......I want 2 turbo my ek9 and am looking for roughly 250whp.
So can anybody give me a hand as to what i would need 2 to buy and what internals would need to be upgraded etc??
Did have a look through the 20 page long turbo post but couldnt pick out anything from it.
Thank You in advance.

Yep, just tune it right with some quality fuel management

Thats what I was going to say. Just buy a good, new turbo, manifold, and other parts, install everything correctly, and tune it right. The best advice you can get in this field is do it right the first time, your car will run great if you do.

You're obviously not looking in the right places
This is my car - and there are a fair few other turbo CRXs in the UK aswell

My advice would be to replace the B16b with a B16a, sell the B16b and use the profit to pay for the turbo

He doesn't need aftermarket rods or a block guard (they are pointless). You would however need a aftermarket fuel pump and injectors but no bigger than 440's if you don't plan on making over 300bhp. Oh and of course engine management... *cough* aem ems *cough*
