Bump... cuz my car does the same thing.... haven't figured out why.

Try to turn on the headlights when the rpms drop... this usually brings my revs back up to a 1000 or so.

start looking at what else is happening at the same time.

Are you at full operating temperature?
Do you get an CEL's?
Does downshifting change anything?

Just suggestions.

On my car, it's does it a full operating temperature after crusing for a while. No CEL and downshifting doesn't matter cuz it's at idle.

Also tried a different IACV, same thing.... adjusted the idle bypass screw out, same thing.
