Join my thread. Sounds like we're basically on the same road. I can also use some tips that I wouldn't think of myself.

Yes you can use your stock wiring harness. Nothing needs to be modified to use the stock harness.
Also, you dont need to weld anything. If your going from Auto > 5-spd conversion you might have to cut or drill a hole to get some space where the shifter is but I don't think that might even need to happen.
Pretty much your swap is drop in and go, but make sure you get the proper mounts

yep, you can use your stock harness, also for future reference, if you were to go ls vtec you could also use your stock, you would just have to have someone wire in your vtec

All '92 hatchbacks already have the wiring in place for VTEC, regardless of trim level.

Automatic and manual Civics/Integras have different transmission frame mounting points.
Don't forget to run your wires for the reverse lights and the clutch engagement wire (@ clutch pedal sensor) so that it will "function" like a 5-spd Civic from the Honda factory.

Correct. Like I also said you need to buy the custom mount. If you don't then your tranny will sit lower and your drive shaft will pop out under load
