Default HKS sequental blow off not working

I have a older model HKS sequential blow off valve and when i switched my turbo to a smaller hotside and I tested the car again I cant get the blow off valve to blow off like it was. I hear it a little TINY bit blowing off when I'm boosting at 10 psi but before I switched the turbo I would hear it all the time. the old turbo was at 117psi and the new turbo is at 10 psi. I think the screw in the back of the blow off valve needs to be adjusted but I have no idea how to adjust it properly. Does anyone have any idea of how to adjust the screw and how to test teh blow off valve.

do u mean 11 or 17psi? cuz 117 is kinda insane. but going from 17 down to 10 will make a difference in how loud it is.

loosen the screw all the way by loosening the locking nut then loosen the bolt, then tighten the locking nut back on

This BOV is pretty quiet below about 12-14 psi, so that might be part of it.

The screw on the back doesn't look like it does anything from checking it out. It just threads into the plastic and does jack ****.
