what tranny for my fully built Ls-Turbo set up with JG built head
I have a fully built Ls motor. The head contains a Jg port n polish crower cams valve springs and retainers Ferrea valves and a ported stock Ls manifold. Block contains Endyn 9-2-1 pistons eagle rods bored out to 1.9 resleeved. The turbo is SFP manifold T3/T4 ballbaron turbo with a tial wastegate,Type-S blow-off valve, and Greddy intercooler what kind of tranny should i use and what kind of horsepower should i be able to make.

somthing with a LSD would be good mabey on a GSR tranny if your gonna be making good power on the streets

How good would you think an Ls tranny with a quaife Lsd would work. I've been told I should be making over 450 hp at like 20-25 pounds of boost.

yes the ys1 came with an optional lsd. but it is very short i believe the only stock honda tranny shorter is an itr. in my car the ys1 is rappin around 5000 at 90 in 5th gear. a lil to short imo for 400+ hp

how high are you revving to? 7500-8k?
if you are gonna be going in that area gsr trans with a quaife is the way to go
