Default Tranny Dilemas

I have a fully built LS/Vtec putting out 205hp/150tq to the wheels.
Recently my tranny has been grinding into second and I'm not totally sure what I should do. My options are:

Buy used ITR tranny,
or Rebuild GSR tranny and add either ITR LSD or Quaife LSD.

What are some respectable prices I should pay for both setups and give your opinions. Keep in mind I don't know how to do my own labor. Also my car is my daily driver. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i have an lsvtec motor that consists of ctr pistons ls rods ls crank type r oil pump gsr head jg sprigs and valves and a slight clean up on the head
what do you think my hp is
any way i blew my gsr tranny on the track alot of wheel hop (Z10 RADIUS RODS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND) i am looking for another trannny i would rebuild your gsr tranny and put the quaife lsd in it that way you could also do all your syncros and check the forks ect... if you buy a type r one you end up spending more money and you may still have to replace 3rd guear syncro
just a thought
ps what is your set up to get 205 hp 150 tq

Used ITR tranny: 700-1000 depending on mileage

Rebuild GSR: I dunno

ITR LSD: Check out eBay, there are a couple on there right now, brand new

Quaife LSD: Pretty much $800

the rebuild prices are impossible to conjecture until the required werk is documented...who knows, there are so many moving parts inside that thing...when you tear it down, besides the synchro(which i think comes in 2 gear sets from honda, $$$), you mite need shift fork(s), and some other parts like mainshaft bearings mite show some soon-to-be-fatal wear when you tear it down...the itr trans is a gamble, there should be a guarantee atleast for 1k miles or 3 months, to give you ample time to see that it werks as it should...
