Default Clutch problem?

My clutch feels funny. Sometimes it would get stuck when I press it down. Also I couldnt get my car into gear. Anyone know what the problem might be?

are you running a cable or hydro tranny? almost sounds like your pressure plate isnt disengaging... you might have to pull off the tranny for this one. An easy check before going ape **** and tearing your car apart would be to inspect your clutch master cylinder.

God dam car!! I went to school to get books. When I got on the on-ramp to get back to work, it wouldnt get into gear!! So I had to pull over. Eventually it got into 3rd and I drove to a shop. The mechanic drove it but clutch felt fine to him, but he said when he went into second gear, he heard a whining sound. He said it could be clutch or the tranny. Dam car! The money that's gonna be spent for fixing it is suppose to be for h22

Based on the fact that his clutch pedal was dropping to the floor the issue is pressure in his hydro lines.
Check the clutch master cylinder under the hood, make sure it has fluid, if not make sure to top it off, then make sure its not all leaking out under the tranny, where the slave cylinder or secondary cylinder is. If you don't see it coming back out, bleed the system to get any air bubbles out. air bubbles will cause the pressure to drop as you engage and disengage the clutch ... when you pump it a couple times, the pressure will come back *if there isn't too much air, and is enough fluid* .
Keep that in mind...
if its leaking out all over the ground... time replace those cylinders. try to indentify which one is leaking that way you don't replace the wrong one.
Good luck
