I've been doing a lot of researching. And I've boiled it down to me buying either KYB AGX with ground control coilovers or Tokico Illuminas with straight springs. Any suggestions?
Absolutly Koni, hands down. Do not waste your money on anything else, period. I used to recommend KYB and Tokico, and I am sorry that I may have misled people.
i'm surprised no one has asked this. what are you using the car for? autox? hpde's? w2w racing? blvd pimpin? since you're in the rr/ax forum, i'll have to assume its one of the two. koni makes a damn good shock.

Well mostly daily driving. But I'm hoping to do some weekend autoxing and fooling around in my uncles HUGE parking lot. My friends and I set up a small road course in a parking lot and time each other. So what's the difference in the shock?

check out scca.org for all of the car classings and rules (auto-x = solo2)
one difference between the Konis and Illuminas is that the Konis can be revalved and shortened to accept higher spring rates if you ever want to turn it into a dedicated race car ... the Illuminas can't
