was wondering if both those turbo, the parts are interchangeable...both are 57 trim and has a .63 ar.....

 

like center cartriage, housings shafts...ect...

I think t04e or to4b refers to the comp housing, t4 refers to the body

 

so these two turbos are not interchangeable..

 

as far as i'm aware t04 and t4 are samething, same family of turbos. The t4B is a 50 trim housing, where as the t4E is a 60 trim housing.

if both the t3/t4 turbos are identical i don't see why not.

t3/t4 refers to the body and series of the model.

t04 refers to the housing.

So any t04 compressor turbo is a model of the t3/t4.

Is the t04b and t04e turbo center housing, shaft interchangeable? yes.

Compressor housing measurement is a/r, not trim. trim is ratio of wheel inducer/exducer diameter
