solid cel and car wouldn't start

like the tittle says i have a solid cel the car will not start what cud this be. the car is a 1990 civic ex with a z6 swap and is still useing stock ecu any dizzy vtec is not connected yet

Check "Alternator solenoid fuse" #14

checked all the fuses their all good plus if the alt. the car wud start with a jump i sud add that im not getting any spark and changed the dizzy
