Car won't start
As the title says, my brother's 94 civic EX won't start. He was backing out of my sister's driveway the other day and it died and hasn't started ever since. They put in a new distributor, but there is still no spark. They also swapped out the ECU, and still nothing. He said that they can't hear the fuel pump coming on, and from all the times they've cranked it, they don't smell fuel. He said when he turns on the car the CEL stays on constantly without blinking. Any Ideas??? I know there's alot of stuff here, but any help would be appreciated.

The worst thing you can do to your car when it wont start, Is to throw parts at it.
All you do is put your self in a bigger sitiuation..
Money wise and time wise.
Go the that website and find out what your CEL is and what did you do to check to see if you have spark?
