Noise? on and off the trottle!

Noise? on and off the trottle!
Just got my engine in and it makes some strange noise (kind of like a internal wastgate turbo/rasp/hiss) when the engine is under load accelerating and also off the trottle. I checked for exhaust leaks but could not find any. Any suggestion as to what it could be? Thanks
Setup:
b16a2, Comptech icebox, Skunk 2 intake manifold, stage 1 cams, gears, valves, ti retainers, ecu, JDM ITR header, godspeed testpipe, Fireball exhaust.

The test pipe. I had a 2.5 Carsound cat, then switched to a Godspeed 2.5 test pipe. Didn't make the exhaust louder, but you hear a turbo sound like the one you described.
It's totally normal. Nothing's wrong.

Could be you intake system, I got something similar after I added a induction kit on my ITR. Think it's the air getting sucked in the intake.
