throwing code-21 VTEC spool solenoid valve

After driving my car today I noticed my car started going vrrrooom-plu-plu-plu-vrroom-plu-plu-plu...checked my code and it threw code 21. Anyone have any ideas on how I would go to fixing this? Should I just replace it? Where is it located?

check your wiring if its a swap

doesnt seem to be any wiring issues. it's all wired up.
