Vtec spool solenoid valve circiut?!? what is this?
this is the code I am pulling right now on my car... (just put in my engine) and the vtec is not kicking over code 21 which is what the title of this post is. I dont know why vtec is not kicking in.

Check your VTEC solenoid wiring.. If the clip is unplugged you should be getting this code. If that's not the case then trace the wiring from the VTEC solenoid to the ECU and check for continuity.. It's most likely a wiring problem.

we got it fixed and vtec is very nice... someone showed him a diagram and it was actually backwards, turned it around and VTEC.

Hey man KEEP all those diagrams and scan them for me! hehe I would GREATLY appreciate it... or better yet wanna write a step by step on the wiring process? haha
