Code 22 VTEC pressure Valve??

Code 22 VTEC pressure Valve??
well a friends car is having this code, the car runs ok, it needs the timing redone, but i was curious as to where to start to solve this problem, Code 22.... any help is apreciated

well there are a few things to check starting out basic by checking the oil level. Then check the solenoid screen, then what i have found to be the the most common is the wiring any ware from the ecu to the vtec presh solenoid. Well i hope this helps.

thanks for the replies, im guessing im going to need to remove thr selenoid housing from the head, yes, and the screen is in there? He barely got the car and was going to change the oil right away, so, guesss we'll se if that helps, otherwise the screen can become "clogged" right?
