brakes feel real wierd.
so im out driving just now and out of nowhere my front brakes feel like they're grinding. there aren't any screeching noises either. maybe i was just paranoid but also there was a sort of burning smell inside the car as well. does anyone know what this is? it's dark now and my brakes are hot so ill check em tomorrow. anyone have any ideas?

When you brake, does the wheel itself kind of shake back in forth? If it does your rotors are warped. That doesnt really explain the burning, maybe you got something on your rotors?
the only thing that happens is that the brakes feel like they're grinding. kind of like right after you wash your car, but worse. the rotors don't have any grooves in them or anything either.
Do you hear the grinding or do you feel it in the peddle. If it is pulsating you may have dirty *** brake fluid and/or air in the brake system. Check to see if the brake pads shims(metal brackets are in place correctly) Seems like your brake pads are worn past the sensor that squeeks...
they never squeeked before though and this just now started happening, i can feel it "grind" but not pulsate. idk, you might be able to hear it as well

I find that very hard to believe if he heard no prior squeaking or squealing.
