Lincoln 115 weld pack fluxed core wire welder?? ANY GOOD?

I am looking to buy this to finish my project. I was wondering if it will get the job done. I am welding a core support on and welding firewall back in. comments on this welder would be much apreciated i plan to pick one up today. http://www.homedepot.com

says it welds up to 1/8" thick I dont think that is enough but i cant afford a nice mig. This wire feed is only 249.99
That was my first welder. It's not really that bad I guess but the duty cycle sucks donkey ***** and it can be pretty inconsistent as far as input amps. Max power on that thing is about equal to 60-70 amps on the Miller I used the other day....thats pretty shitty imho. Thank god I almost never use that thing anymore. Honestly, I suggest you save up for a couple weeks and get a hobart handler or something.

the lincoln works really well with core support or welding anything, i have my intergra conversion on my hatch and works out really good. i even made my own support and everything.
It will work fine, but I'd have to reccomend one of the Hobart machines. They're cheaper than the Lincoln, and every bit as reliable, if not more. Hobart's small mig machines are second to none.
