Gt35R or Gt40r
I might be able to get my hands on a Gt40R next week.......not sure if there would be a big Difference between the 2 turbo's for street use on a Fully built H22a. Please Help me.

street car go gt35r
race only go 40r
unless you drive on race gas and slicks all the time that power is useless on the street. unless you want to be a dyno queen

Geoff@Full-Race said the powerband of the ball bearing 40R felt smoother than most small T3/TO4E's to him, and was very useable on the street.

there may be a problem with the gt40r being too big. when you size the turbo to big for the motor the turbo operates out of its efficency range and outside of its surge line in the compressor map. it can lead to bearing failure or wheel damage ..its about 750$ to rebuild a ball bearing turbo. This may or may not apply to the 40 R
