i need some better answers for what tranny to use for my ls vtec turbo setup in my crx. half my friends say short gears other half say long gears. so now i'm a lil confused what tranny to use. this is my first turbo setup i've always done all motor cars. i need to know about any down falls using a short geared tranny and any for long geared trannys. bottom end-b18a1 endyn 9.15-9.55:1 pistons, rev rods, gsr windage tray, oil pick up and oil pan, golden eagle girdle, arizona race block guard, endyn modfied oil pump, micro polished balanced crank, b16 head with rev valves springs and retainers,Garret turbo 50 trim .48ar, revhard manifold. looking to run about 12-15 psi. let me know what you guys think.

Short-geared
- Great Acceleration
- Low Top-End Speed
- Eats tires though if you aren't careful of throttle control
Long-geared
- Meh acceleration
- Higher Top-End (takes longer to get there)
- More time between shifts
