Removing JRSC: Any tips to make this a small uninstallation??
Going to get the JRSC remove and just want to make sure that everything will go smooth as butter and won't take more than one day to do...any tips or advice would be very helpful..thx
i have removed one on my friends civic si. it only took me and one more guy about 2-3 hours. i think that we removed the charger from the manifold and then removed the manifold from the head. it shold'nt take u a whole day though. but yes they are a bitch to remove.
I just ripped mine off. Taking stuff apart is pretty easy.
No problems taking it off, but ran into problems while trying to get the engine back to stock. Make sure you got your original starter bracket and alternator pulley.

it depends...if you have power tools it shoudt take that long...take the F/R first then all the lines that connects to the manifold and the charger..then pull the charger out ..it shouldt take that long..its only four bolts..then the manifold, remove the belts and remove the altenator...then you on your way putting the all the stock parts... hope that helps a lil.
F/R ?? sorry couldn't catch that..yeah no power tools so I am a bit worry about trying to remove the alternator bolt..might be a pain and could cause us to lose time..
