is there anyway to change the seering ratio. for example, it takes a couple of circles for my wheels to turn all the way, i know that the rsx have this, its a shorter range. its not like mine. if anyone understands wut im sayin please let me know if you could help. EXAMPLE: CHANGE IT FROM 1080 DEGREES TO 900 DEGREES.

"worth the money" is a subjective term. It's obviously worth it to the people who requested the part to be made and to those who have bought them. To me, on a street car it's not worth the money, on a race car, maybe, but there are lots of other parts that I'd rather have than a new rack.

I'm not sure about the EK's, but the EG's can swap with DC's. The ITR rack is a better ratio than the civic

Change the size of the steering wheel. Wont cut the number of rotations in half. But try it. It may be all that you need.
