Can I turbo a build head b20?

I know you should aim for lower compression with a turbo setup, but I haven't build the bottom end of my engine.

I have Crower 403 cams on a b20.

Can I slap a turbo on it, or will the Cams work against the turbo?

NA just isn't fast enough

not sure if it would be more efficient with stock cams or the crowers though...

thats kind of what I mean. I don't want to slap a turbo on the car and have it push the air through the cylinders before the valves are closed on the exhaust side

then I'm just wasting boost

well, if its any consolation, ive got ITR cams....which have a decent amount of overlap, and i made great power...

interesting...

I just put the P8R head on with vtec sized (33mm) intake valves (so the head shoudl flow great)

I'll check Crowers website to see what the specs are for the 403's and their turbo cams
