would a VTEC head really help him out here if he wants to go turbo ? ? ?
how fast are you planing to go ... how much are you planning to boost .
VTEC + turbo could give u headaches at times . ALL motor first and then turbo could give yuo even more problems and hassles later on .
I'd say ... stay non-VTEC and boost . rather than just slapping a head on the B20 , I'd just port and polish the curent one , stay on stock cams , rebuild the bottom end then add a turbo and boost some 14 PSI on it ... and u won't regret it .
that's just me and ppl please do corect me if i'm wrong but from what i know the B20 bottom end is weak allready . The B16A or B18C head on top of that will put some more stress on them and then later on the turbo will put even MORE stress . And u just end up spending more than you have to . I belive track 11's are achievable on a turbo non-VTEC engine , especially the B20B which comes READY for boost with that stock low CR .
so yeah ... feel free to contradict me cuz i'm interested in this subject too . and don't ask me for anything else for a few hours cuz I just ran out of my 5th post for today and i'm cutt off again

b18c?...1 or 5 or are you talking jdm stuff?
an itr head would be ideal...it is basically a factory ported b16 head
so if you cannot get a hold of a itr head then a b16 would be the next best choice
