what is code 19...i just got my conversion harness and i installed the p28 that i bought and im throwing code 19 on my b16 turbo....HELP

Yup sounds like you got an auto ECU, is your car a 5 speed?
EDIT: to convert it from auto manual you need to open up your ECU and look for the jumper RP17 and RP18. Remove both the resistors on those jumpers. Then take a piece of jumper wire and solder it into RP18. That is how I did mine with my P28 hrew a CEL 19, after I modded RP17 and RP18 the CEL 19 went away.
