Default loud walbro pump

hey guys, just curious if walbro fuel pumps are supposed to be kind of noisy. mine is and it is brand new. Just curious. Thanks.

i had one in my talon and it had a loud whine to it.i here most larger aftermarket fuel pumps are like this, plus if you dont have interior it only makes it louder.

yea i used to have a talon and the pump was loud as ****. thats normal. i heard you can buy something to quiet it down a bit. but chicks dig loud fuel pumps

Yeah, they're loud, but you get used to it. Don't freak out when you get down to about 1/4 of a tank and it starts gurgling. That's normal too. Scared the **** out of me the first time it happend.
