Coolant on the run!
I have a 95 del sol si, with the greddy 16g kit, and for some reason this summer when I drive 'er hard, the engine starts to overheat. When I check the coolant in the radiator, it's always emptying out (I think forcing the coolant out of the radiator and in to the over flow container). Any ideas on how to keep the coolant from forcing itself outta the radiator everytime i drive it hard?
It doesn't make any sense as to why its emptying into the overflow reservior...a possibility is that your thermostat isn't opening up and is causing the car to overheat and possibly the fluid to go into the overflow tank.

thanks for the response...someone recommended bleeding out and refilling the radiator because of the possibility of an "air bubble", but even after completely bleeding it out, it still keeps over flowin'

Bubbles in cooling system. 2nd biggest reason, you didn't bleed enough, you have to leave the car idling for like a half hour to get all the bubbles out with the heater on.
Rad Cap is bad--wont hold pressure.
Leaking coolant somewhere---this can happen only at WOT and not at idle so its hard to find sometimes.
Make sure you fan is coming on. I wired mine to stay on always when car is on.
Worst case scenario is headgasket is leaking exhaust gas into coolant system. You can sometimes see this if you look in your rad resevior and see bubbles coming up."

Going by what you described, keep in mind that your cooling system is designed to release pressure and overflow coolant to the resevoir, under higher temperature operating conditions and hard driving. Either your radiator cap is releasing at a pressure under what it is supposed to, or the fact that you have a turbo on your engine that was originally designed to be naturally aspirated is affecting the way your engine is operating.
I would replace your radiator cap with a new factory one, or one with a higher pressure rating.
Or you may not have enough coolant in your system. Reflush everything, add coolant until the system is absolutely full (with no air bubbles) and run it again like you have before.
Or, take the turbo off and throw it out the window.
