So i just put a GSR motor in my eh3, and everything is done, except the IAT (Intake Air Temp) sensor isnt plugged in.
So heres my situation..
Right now ive got a stock GSR intake manifold on the motor, so I can pass the visual for smog (BAR ref). Ive you've done the swap, you know that the civic wiring for the IAT sensor wont reach the IAT on a GSR manifold. Its about 6-8" short. Ive pulled and pulled and tried to move the harness around under the manifold so it will reach.. not no go.
I didnt really wanna f#ck with my harness and do any soldering or whatever.. because as soon as I pass smog, I have a S2 manifold im putting on, and the stock harness would work fine.
So, is there an easy way to do this, or should I just be over it and solder in an extension for the time being and change it again when Im done with smog?
TIA.
