idle ??
Fast idle valve is indeed beneath the throttle body for one thing but I doubt that's the problem. Second a vacuum leak isn't likely to make your idle bounce between 1000+2000 rpms. Vacuum leaks usually raise the idle period. I'd check voltage on the tps and check your idle air control valve!
