Default Lookin for advice. Ls.vs.gsr

I bought a 90 Ls hatch. It has a 1991 b18a in it. I bought a 1995 gsr block n head for dirt cheap like 600 bucks and was thinking of putting it in. But I was thinkin I could sell the Gsr for more.. Get a b16 tranny. I orderd a 7.5 flywheel and stage 1 clutch for my car already. What would I be lookin to run in a 90 dx hatch wit a ls wit b16 tranny,7.5 flywheel, i/h/e and maybe a chipped ecu?

Well with every think i am reading you would still be faster in the gsr and it's way more fun. You will never get that motor up to par with a gsr unless you turbo/sc. Stay with the GSR

Well you have no money...
Best bet is sell the GSR = + 1k
Buy B16 = - 500
sell ls tranny = +300

You'll come out to 800 plus on a Turbo setup..

Is there a reason for this? Do you suspect there is something wrong with it because you got it cheap?

i love it when people say this wont last that long or i heard that it will break done the road. Why dont you drop in the gsr and call it a day. In life you got to take a chance or you will never know. The motor may just blow up the 1st night you get it like my h22 did. On the other hand it may be one of those gifted *** honda motors that people are running around with...
