Default hestiation/bogging problems - 92 CX w/ D16Z6 motor

I got a 92 civic CX with a Z6 swap. im still running the PO5 ecu in the car and the car doesnt wanna run too well. itll idle but once you open the throttle itll hesitate and bog down. youll hear a surge of air and the motor will bog down lower in RPM.

i put in a P28. nothing same thinmg

checked the TPS and swapped that out and put a diffrent TPS in .45 at idle its 4.62V at WOT.

compression test. 208-208-210-208 PERFECT.

firing order =-

no CEL either.

im stumped. everything is in order and seems perfect. anyone got any ideas ?>

motor has an AEM cam gear. and its also TDC.
