Choking b16 crx under full throttle?
This is weird.. When im driving around normally.. cruising at 3k or 4k or whereever its fine.. Once I have been driving it a wee bit and it nice and warm under full accelleration the car like chokes itself. For instance, if I started my car in the morning when it was cold, let it warm up and went out for a drive I could hit 8200 rpm and it would rev and drive fine.. If I drove it around for about 20 minutes more and tried that, It will only let me hit like 7k or 7300 or any random RPM then it feels like my ECU has moved my fuel cut off.. Its like I get to that RPM and I hit a wall.. I have NO CEL's. My guess is , obviously something to do with timing/spark. I DO need a tune up, but I figured if it was that.. It wouldn't be cutting itself at 7200rpm.. It would still let me rev high, just bog.. Maybe my dizzy is taken a **** on me?

Well I think that the hooter cunooter valve isnt fucntioning to fix that you have to kiss the steering wheel and play with the exhuast hole then it should work.

when my fuel pump went out it did that, but only when the engine was warmed up...not saying that's what is wrong with yours but maybe...

i would say there's a good chance it's the fuel pump or just the fuel filter...
if the pump is indeed dead, i have a walbro/holley 190 in-tank and it's great.

My fuel pump is less then a year old.. Its a Walbro 255.. I fixed the problem with the way.. It felt to me like it was grounding out. Sure enought a giant bolt was grounding the positive out on the starter.
Thanks for your reply's
