Window coming out of frame.
Hi there,
I have a 93 DX Hatch. My problem is with the passenger door window. While trying to roll the thing up, it will pop out about 3/4 of the way up. I opened up the panel and checked for a mis-aligned arm or anything, but it all seemd right. Is this a common problem?

Its somewhat common, it happend to my hatch as well. Just get some silicone spray or any type of lubricant and spray the rubber inserts on the side rails. If the glass is getting stuck on the sides that will solve your problem. If not your bottom rail (where the glass botls on) could be bent
Yeah my car has the same problem, on the passenger side, seems worse when it rains or the window is wet. I'll try the silicone spray too. It's already popped off the track once, tore the door apart and put it back on, still sluggish going up.
I;ve had this problem for years, it was caused by theives trying to steal my car(or the radio or something) when they pull on the window frame it bends it just enough to **** it's alignment up and it will pop out...
I've replaced the window regulaters
Replaced the bolts that hold the window regulater in place
Sprayed lube in the tracks
rebuilt the door several times
Now I am just waiting till I have enough money to paint the car and I will replace the door with a working door
