Window problem

Window problem
I tried searching, but came up with no relevant info on this problem.
I cant roll my window up all the way right now. Itll go until about 3/4 of the way up then I can turn (Manual windows) the window the rest of the way. I took the door panel off hoping to be able to clearly identify the problem, but after about 20 minutes of cursing and swearing I gave up. Can anybody tell me how the window is supposed to sit within the guides, or give me a little advice on what I should do to fix my problem? The car in question is 00 Civic Hatch. Thanks.

Is the window still in the track? Check at the mirror and make sure that the window didn't run up outside of the track. If it did, you probably have a regulator problem.
