This is a common problem on all Hondas. You need to lubricate the side railings and keep the window as clean as possible. I've heard you can use wax on your windows, inside and out, to help it run smoother and have minimal friction.

my driver side window came off track the other day, i opened the panel up and fixed it. I bought some silicon lubricant spray for like $1.50 and sprayed it down the side tracks on both sides. Window rolls up and down 10x faster. i'm happy.

You don't need to take the panel off, just get the little straw, attach it to the can and spray down the track. it'll drip down lubricating the whole thing... hope that helps.
