im putting in my turbo tomorrow and i am not sure what the hole in the middle is for. its a garret t25

i believe that would be for the coolant line , is there another hole on the opposite side ?

it's for hooking up the water cooling option for that turbo
some people run it, others don't.

If you don't use it it does not need to be plugged. There are no moving parts exposed inside the water jacket.

I agree with everyone who said "coolant" connections. In addition, most T25s use 14mm boss (parallel threads) fittings for those connections.

And it is easy to do, just pick off the coolant line between the manifold and TB.

where would it come out? there is only those 3 openings and i know the other 2 are for the oil, one feed and one return

Here is an image of the connections we use on the T25. Our upcoming connection kits will use all AN connections, but you can use whatever works for you. I just included the picture so you could see the relation of all the connections. The top and smallest is oil IN, the largest and bottom is oil OUT. The two side connections are water IN/OUT.
