how to tell if its a t3t4 50trim comp. or 60trim comp.?
is there annyway to tell if its a 50 trim? the comp. housing says 60a/r and the turbine is a .48 a/r btw its a t3to4e

I dont think so, AFAIK all T04E housings are all 60 a/r sp they will be stamped 0.60 a/r on the outside. If the way Alfa Turbo said is how to measure trim, that's what you'll have to do.
EDIT: I'm not exactly sure though. I just know that your compressor has the "trim" and then it has the "a/r" and they are not the same thing. I also forget which one is which.

The .60A/R refers to the Area/Radius ratio of the compressor housing.
This is not the same as the trim # of the compressor wheel.
Do yourself a favor and search the web, or this site, for some definitions of those terms, you will be glad you did!

i know what they are but i thought that a 50trim comp wheel always came with a .50a/r housing. i guess thats the t3to4b
