Default Turbo bolts

I would of search but I dont know what to type in. Sry if its against any of the rules. Heres my questions. I have a 2 bolts that came when i bought the turbo and it was hold the oil return flange but ive seen on this site that people use them for there downpipe. So I was wondering what are they called and where can i get some? Dont matter if there used!

Heres a pic of the bolts:


the nut comes off and the screw has 2 sections

I have seen this type of bolts in my local Ace hardware store, can't remember what they are called, but they are pretty common.

make sure u get the metric one im sure its metric

m8 or m10 prolly

with a 1.25 thread pitch

those are the common
