I recently did an engine swap. I went from a usdm h22 to a jdm h22. The car ran fine after i swapped for a few days and than it started to lose power. It threw a CEL not long after. It threw code 3. I reset the ecu and the car ran fine for about 4 days and than the problem happened again with the same CEL. I checked in my helms and followed the flow chart. It had me measuring the voltage of all 3 of the wires coming out of the map sensor plug. 2 of the 3 combinations registerd around 5.05 v and the other one which was the white.blue wire as the positive + and the blue/white as the negative - i got a reading of 4.75. The helms states "Is there approx. 5 V? Is that my problem? Is my map sensor bad? Are the H22 and H23 map sensors the same? What should I do

The cel is still coming on. I have reset the ecu 3 times and it doesn't come on for about 3 days. The car hesitates bad before the cell comes on. Let me know still throwing the same code

 

you think its possible that you put the wrong plug on the map, like have the plug for the map and tps crossed? they do have the same plug

 

no that's not possible, since i never messed with the map sensor before or after the swap.
