CEL comes on, rich mixture, code 3
Ok, problem is this... Get in car in morning, start up, misses and sputters, drive down road, at WOT, the CEL comes on... I can cut the ignition off, then let it roll start back up, CEL goes off... Next time I'm at WOT, comes on again... Repeat process for about first 5 minutes of driving. Once it's at normal operating temperatures, it won't happen. Anyone have any suggestions? I had a Code 3, and I replaced the MAP sensor, and it didn't do it for a while... Just recently started doing this.
Searched... but not a lot of info... Thnking that it's wiring... It's been doing this sense I took my head off... Heard that Hondas have a problem with wiring to the MAP sensor or something like that... Anyone else got any suggestions?

I didn't think about this until earlier.. but I didn't reset the ECU after I replaced the MAP sensor. I thought I did... But I just disconnected the ground cable for like 3 seconds and thought that would do the job, but apparently not. I took it off today while I was messing around with the car, and put it back on. Left, and had absolutely no problem at all with it. Car runs great now, no missing whatsoever, and faster start up.
Don't drive at WOT with an A/F problem. You're asking for trouble.
Make sure you disconnect the negative for at least 10 minutes for the ECU to reset itself. Take a few slow laps around the neighborhood, then go on a test drive on the freeway to make sure you have no more fuel problems.

I understand that. All is well now. No problems, and the car is running great again. The throttle response is back to normal, and the fuel mixture isn't burning my eyes.
I drove out to A-J Highway, which is a short highway that is really curvey and surrounded by like 25 foot walls, and is never crowded because honestly, it just ends. It's like an urban canyone run.. haha.. The city never finished building it. I went last night when it cooled down, and it was back to normal, and actually felt a little better than normal. The only think I have left to do now, is adjust the valves from when I took the head apart.

Yeah, the first time I just took the ground off for like maybe 5 seconds...
Then I thought about it, and took it off yesterday for about 30 minutes, so I just being an idiot, in a hurry, have caused myself a lot of stress, and gas the past week.
