RS*R exmag wins no matter what.

They both have a full SS construction, but the exmag has ABS coating on all the piping for extra protection (especially against the likes of rust).

They both have subtle styling and good looks, but the exmag has a smaller tip than the WS2s, which seems a little large.

I'm not sure about the piping size on the WS2 but the exmag has 60mm piping, or 2.36" which is a perfect size for a NA integra.

The WS2 is a chambered design (like stock) which is still pretty restrictive, but the exmag (drum roll) is a twin pass design, which means it's the benefits of a chambered muffler in terms of quietness, but the power of a straight through muffler, because essentially the exhaust IS going straight through, it's just doing a loopdy loop inside the muffler.

They both sound comparable, and awesome. The WS2 is cheaper at most places, but the RS*R carries enough benefits to warrant the extra change.

I have the rs*r looks pretty good and it is not loud. I'd recommend it if you could get it cheap, otherwise look into some kteller custom piping.
