bolts backing out of downpipe wtf

Default bolts backing out of downpipe wtf

the bolts to my downpipe keep comin out. I started my car sounded like sh*t and take a look and 3 out of my 5 bolts are missing. This is the 2nd time.It sux. What do you guys use to keep'em in?

get some stud kit or use some lock washers

what are the specs of the exhuast and dp ...one of the very common reason a downpipe would back bolts out is tension dude to the over haul on the engine moving back and fourth as you drive...

do you have a flex pipe on your dp? if not its a worthy investment that will reduce stress on the piping,

with a stud kit it i bet it will never backout again

i use to have this problem my dp would back out like 2 times a day

mine did that too. I got lock washer and it never happened again

no flex pipe, I want to go to 3in so I'll have to get a flex pipe on that. for the mean time I'll get some lock washers. thanks
