Default How to fix the ICV?

my idle is bouncing all the time and i want to know how to fix the idle control valve (icv). please help asap! need to pass smog REAL soon!!

it's iac (idle air control). not icv. you try searching? take the 2 bolts behind of it out. Take the coolant lines off of it. Spray brake/carb cleaner in the two holes that mounts onto the IM. Let it set. Blow it off with a air compressor then do it agian to make sure. Blow it off with air compressor. Make sure everything is dry and put it back on. Don't forget to put the rubber gasket. You throwing code 14?
