im going to go ahead and take a wild guess and say mis-shift
if it were me, id sell it to some kid with a civic and then buy a replacement b16 head. and get a little head work done on it.

Mis-shifting because you let off the clutch to soon while upshifting and putting it into the WRONG gear can be two totally different things.
If you just upshifted and clutched out too quick so that you couldn't get it into the next gear you don't have anything to worry about. If you meant to go to fourth gear and accidentally put the car into second gear while at redline......well then you might have an issue.

ISSUE ...hmmmm....she ran fine today and nothing abnormal, like sounds cam from within her..so im praying to god I didnt **** her up and yeah it was the 2nd one I was about to the redline prolly 7900 rpms on my JDM and threw it into 2nd when going to 4th x_x but i think it only got to about 9800 or something but still thats too much ;_;. Ill just have to wait it out.
