Im running a semi-built d16z6 and and a gt28rs tuned at 15 pounds using an apex n1 and a three inch DP. Will i notoce any difference if i go to a a full 3" inch mandrel bent setup. Is it worth the money i would have to spend? Thanks for the help

 

Better throttle response, quicker spool, deeper sound, more efficient power.

Take that into consideration and then you tell me if you think it's worth it.

 

i guess your right but im just too damn cheap to do it. will it really make the turbo spool that much faster though. i mean i already get full spool at around 3000 rpms.

 

Yes, it will spool that much faster.

If you're a cheap bastard like me, then just go 3" open downpipe.

I just went ahead and got the full 3" turboback so I don't have to worry about messing with it again.

3" turboback + A/C = <3

 

damn, i got a fully built motor with 2.5 exhaust. Maybe i need to go to a 3 inch
