Not to be rude, but there are rules at the top of this page. Searching goes a long way too. I searched for "ITR cams b16" in the Archived All Motor forum and got 8 posts on it. This has been covered many times

yes, you need to get the valve spring and retainers, you should diffently port the head and get a vafc. you will get 6-8 whp with the cams, also get a type r intake manifold and tb. you will notice considerable gains 30 plus hp if tuned correctly.

you will not get 15 hp with type r cams.

Which toda valve springs? It best to match the valve spring with the cam. ie type R springs with Type r cam. To stiff of a spring ( for a more aggresive cam) will cause premature wear of the cam and can damage the valve from snaping closed.

I dont know what you mean, TODA makes the same valvesprings for the b16 as the B18c. But if there are more than type, I have the ones for the B16.

Dude...you not need to get valvesprings if you are running ust ITR cams in a b16.

Yes you do want to tune possibly with just a vafc.

You will not gain 6-8 whp with ITR cams, more like 3, because stage 1 cam profiles are larger then ITR and those see only 5-6 whp gains. Therefore you will not gain that amount anyway.

Kid dont waste your money on a ITR intake manifold either because yes you will gain power but only after about 7000 rpm range which if you ask me is a waste of money for power you wont even feel until the last 1000 rpm.

If you want to get a set of cams dont waste your money on ITR, get a set of skunk stage 1 and you will be set. You dont need to upgrade your valvetrain either with these because they are not large enough profiles to cause valve float. Just get a vafc and have someone tune to correct fuel and whatnot.

And I dont know how much you acually know but a vafc will not make any power, it just corrects fuel at spots where your new cams are different from stock, which causes dips in power if you look at a dyno chart. That is why you need one.

The stock b16 cam isn't to far behind the ITR.

How do these feel? Can you use a set of ITR double vale springs and Skunk 2 Titanium retainers and be alright? I will be revving to 9300 Rpm.

B Series fits B-Series. Hey put this on your thread and see if it'll fit.
