ANyone ever heard of the d16y8 being a two stage vtec at 4400 and 5000 rpms?

To be pedantic, all 'normal' VTEC is 2 stage VTEC - normal profile cam and high lift profiles. Two VTEC points would most likely be iVTEC, it's three stage, and it's not on a Y8: http://auto.howstuffworks.com/....html
And so how is it that you have OBD0 on a Y8?
