ANyone ever heard of the d16y8 being a two stage vtec at 4400 and 5000 rpms?

This guys try to tell me this so ill go from obd0 to obd2 on my y8

To be pedantic, all 'normal' VTEC is 2 stage VTEC - normal profile cam and high lift profiles. Two VTEC points would most likely be iVTEC, it's three stage, and it's not on a Y8: http://auto.howstuffworks.com/....html

And so how is it that you have OBD0 on a Y8?

lol, tell him i got UBER v-tech, kicks in from 1000 rpm to 9000 rpm.
