The guys at the Acura dealership do not know what a #3 bearing is. They tell me that they are all color coded not numbered. Are you guys referring to the #3 cylinder? Someone please enlighten me here on this infamous #3 bearing for eagle rods.

the rods have a number and the crank has a letter....then there is a chart for which color bearings you need using the number/letter.....and the Eagle rods are all number three so then you'll look at your crank and if it has like a B stamped on it then you look at the chart for 3B and it says you need Green bearings.....thats where you tell the dealer what color you need

You will need to know what color bearing it is according to size. Each color code has a distinct thickness. You will need to check clearances with plastiguage in order to tell which bearings you need.
