Default high hp guys, what valves do you run?

just curious what valves you guys are running? are stock honda valves good with a high horsepower setup? planning on no more than 400whp didnt know if i should upgrade the valves while i had the head off, i'm going to get stiffer springs and ti retainers, new valveguides also, and a valve job, i wasnt sure about the valves though. if i need an upgrade what type and brand?

it isnt hte high horsepwer you need to worry about it is where the engine is going to be rev'ing. my choice was Racing Engine Valves. REV Valves. stainless, swirl cut, was told they were the same manufacturer as ferra but i am not worried about it if they arent. they still have a good name.

probably not much past 9000 if it goes that high, i just figure i might want to replace the springs and retainers while the head is out and apart. but valves are expensive and i really dont want to replace them if i dont have to.

well would you suggest upgraded valves in a 400whp car or do you guys think that the stock b16a valves will hold up. i mean i'm sure i'll never see anything higher than 9000 and that is a high estimate. let me know. thanks

also what brand springs and retainers should i run?

Ferreria SS .5mm Oversized Valves
With
Portflow Dual Valve Springs and Ti Retainers Here

I would not go past 8400 on stock b16 valve train; especially if you have an older B16a. If you want to rev to 8600 you need new springs, at least!

i know i need new springs and titanium retainers to rev that high, i plan on upgrading them at least, but i wasnt sure if i need to upgrade the valves themselves. would you suggest it for 400whp? how much did you guys pay for your new valves?
